Directions for Storage

This product should be stored at a CONSTANT -18C. Do not allow this product to defrost .

Shelf Life

180 days from date of production, in case the ravioli is found to be joined together, the product
should be discarded due to wrong storage temperature.

Microbiological Characteristics

Frequent samples of the filling and final product are sent for analysis. The parameters are analyzed
keeping the microbiological risks to a minimum. Strict cooking method and time of cooking, will
ensure the absence of any hazard.

Cooking Method and Time

Place contents from frozen, in to boiling (100C) water for 3 – 4 minutes, shake frequently. Do not
exceed 100grams of pasta per 1ltr of water.
