Hand cut and hand packed egg lasagna sheets. Each pasta sheet has an approximate
dimension of 21x14cm. Polypropylene dividers separate and keep apart all the 16 pasta
sheets that come in the pack. The pasta should have a yellow color, and light odor of eggs.

Microbiological Characteristics

Frequent samples of the final product are sent for analysis. The parameters are analyzed keeping the
microbiological risks to a minimum. Strict cooking method and time of cooking, will ensure the
absence of any hazard.

Cooking Method and Time

Place content in to boiling (100C) water, for 8-10 minutes, shake frequently. Do
not exceed 100grams of pasta per 1ltr of water.
